Introduction

Born at Lahore on 01-01-1980 Mr. Idress Hanif emerged on the horizon of local bodies at a very young age of 26 and elected as Naib Zila Nazim City District Government Lahore, securing 147 out of 215 ZC votes. He is Graduated from Punjab University Lahore in 2002 and started business with overseas companies visiting various countries of Far East. He is the eldest son of Haji Muhammad Hanif formar Deputy Mayor of Metropolitan corporation Lahore. He is married and is father of a son.

Vision

Mr. Muhammad Idress Hanif has a development – oriented mind who takes pains to oversee the development activities carried out by the CDG Lahore. With his walled-city background he loves to take keen interest in the uplift and welfare of downtrodden class of people residing in the downtown city. He believes that until and unless every child of the country is educated no meaningful change will be possible in the society.
